About the event
This term, our Sunday Specials return with a focus on all things performance art, starting off with spoken word and performance poetry! This is a 4 hour, free workshop with our very own writer and teacher Richard Free. In this workshop, you will learn techniques such as posture, breath control, rhythm, intonation. In a collaborative, supportive and safe setting, explore ideas and refine your skills so that you can face the world head on and tell your own story.
